Below I will inform you about the processing of personal data by me as the person responsible when using my website. The processing of personal data (e.g. name, address, email address or telephone number of a data subject) is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

2.General information on data processing
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as your name or email address. “Data processing” refers in particular to the collection, storage, use and transmission of your data.
To the extent that we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing personal data, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data that is necessary to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Section 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter d GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f of the GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
The personal data of data subjects will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can take place after the storage purpose no longer applies if this is required by law. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data to conclude or fulfill a contract.

3.Rights of the data subject
If your personal data is processed, you are the data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you are entitled to the following rights vis-à-vis the person responsible (if necessary if further requirements regulated in the relevant regulations are met):
Right to information (Article 15 GDPR),
Right to rectification and deletion (Articles 16, 17 GDPR),
Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
Right to withdraw consent if you have consented to the processing,
Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
To the extent that we process personal data as explained above to protect our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, you can object to this processing with future effect, but only if there are reasons that arise from your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). . If the processing takes place for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time, even without giving reasons. b. Legal basis for processing personal data
The legal basis for the collection and storage of data is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
c. Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary in order to be able to display the website to you. To do this, the IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The remaining data is collected for technical reasons to ensure stability and security.
This also results in the legitimate interest in processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
d. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. If the data is collected to provide the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the users’ IP addresses are deleted or altered so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.

d. Duration of storage

If you have given us your consent to contact us, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR is the legal basis. In all other cases, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR is the legal basis.
c. Purpose of data processing
The sole purpose of processing personal data is to process the contact. This may also include the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.
d. Duration of storage
Your data will be deleted if the circumstances indicate that your request or the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
Categories of recipients of personal data
Personal data will only be transferred to third parties in the cases mentioned in this declaration or if we expressly inform you about this elsewhere.
